That can happen in remodel work, especially in older homes. If we uncover something that changes the scope, we talk with you directly, explain what we found, and discuss the next step before moving forward.
Do you handle both repairs and remodeling in the same project?
Yes. Many remodels include repair work once the space is opened up — subfloor repair, framing correction, drywall, or other work needed before finished materials go in.

Remodel pricing is built around the actual scope of work, the level of coordination required, the materials involved, and the risk of unknown conditions in the project. We define all of that clearly before work begins.
